Hannah came up to me with these fun striped tights, then the socks, shoes, necklace, hat. She put this colorful outfit together herself and was proud that it "matched" the shirt. Such a colorful girl deserves a colorful layout! The lovely papers are from DCWV - Modern Bouquet stack. I used the Sophisticated cartridge for the butterflies and the title letters.
